Although Earn While You Learn Classes also include information on how to be a good parent, this series of classes is designed for parents who have lost custody of their children because of an unsafe parenting action and are attempting to learn how to be a better parent in hopes of getting their child out of the foster care system and back in their regular home with their parents. These clients are referred to our classes by DFACS (Department of Family and Children Services). We work with their DFACS Case Worker and the client’s lawyer to keep everyone updated on how the individual classes are going. There is no charge for these classes. We have been successful in helping many children return to their parental home.
These classes are also designed for clients who want to learn more about how to be a better parent for their children.
